                                           Governor Francis Nwifuru. Abakaliki In a decisive move to address the protracted communal crisis in Ivo Local Government Area , Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru has reaffirmed his administration's commitment to restoring peace in the troubled communities. Governor Nwifuru disclosed this on his official Facebook page , following a meeting with stakeholders from Umobor, Akaeze, and Ogwor, Ishiagu, regarding the ongoing dispute over the Elueke parcel of land. The Governor announced that the Ebonyi State Government has declared the disputed land a buffer zone, emphasizing that peace must prevail. He issued a two-week ultimatum for the warring parties to meet and work out modalities for a peaceful resolution.
